DEPARTURE TIMES
To avoid delays for other passengers, you must be ready to depart at the scheduled time. We try our best to be on time; however, traffic can sometimes cause delays
BAGGAGE ALLOWANCE
You are allowed one large bag and one small bag per person. If you have additional luggage, please WhatsApp us to discuss your options
REFUNDS:
If your trip is more than 48 hours away, you can cancel and receive an 80% refund. If your trip is more than 24 hours away, you can cancel and receive a 50% refund. To cancel, send us a message on WhatsApp with the date and time and name on your booking. If your departure is less than 24 hours away, we’re unfortunately unable to issue any refund as the schedule has already been prepared. If you definitely won’t be travelling, please still let us know on WhatsApp; otherwise, the driver will be waiting for you, which may cause delays for other passengers
DATE / TIME CHANGE:
If your trip is more than 24 hours away, we can change the date on your ticket for free (one time only). Please send us a WhatsApp message with the name on your booking and both your existing and new date of travel
