DEPARTURE TIMES
To avoid delays for other passengers, you must be ready to depart at the scheduled time. We do our best to adhere to scheduled departure times; however, traffic can cause delays.
BAGGAGE ALLOWANCE
You are allowed one larger (check-in) bag and one smaller (carry-on) bag per person. If you have additional luggage, please WhatsApp us to discuss your options.
REFUNDS: ​​
If your trip is more than 48 hours away, you can cancel and receive an 80% refund

If your trip is more than 24 hours away, you can cancel and receive a 50% refund
​
To cancel, send us a message on WhatsApp with your booking reference and your request to cancel

If your departure is less than 24 hours away, we’re unfortunately unable to issue any refund, as the schedule has already been prepared. However, if you know you won’t be travelling, please let us know—otherwise, the driver will wait for you, which will delay other passengers.

If your trip is more than 24 hours away, we can change the date on your ticket for free (one time only). Please send us a WhatsApp message with your booking reference number and the new date and time you would like to travel. ​
