Airport
A taxi between any two beach locations is priced depending on driving time:
0 to 40 minutes is €25
40 minutes to 1 hour 20 is €35
Over 1 hour 20 mins is €45
(e.g. Nungwi to Paje
is 1h 35m = €45)
A taxi between Stone Town and the Airport is €10
A taxi between Stone Town or the Airport and any location on Zanzibar (e.g. Airport to Nungwi, or Paje to Stone Town) is €30

Our taxis seat up to four people plus luggage (we also have 6, 12 and 20-seat cars available - please get in touch for a quote)
If you are being picked up from a hotel or hostel, your driver will meet you at the reception or in front of the building. If you are being picked up from the airport or ferry terminal, your driver will meet you outside the arrivals hall with a sign
You will pay your driver in cash on the day of your trip. Payment to the driver in USD or TZS is also possible. If your journey starts before 8 am or after 8 pm, you need to pay an additional €5 per trip
If you would like to add a tour (such as Jozani Forest National Park) to your taxi trip, then message us for a quote
Bookings should be made at least 2 hours before departure (ideally 24 hours before). If you need a taxi on short notice, please message us to confirm availability
