A taxi between any two beach locations (e.g. Nungwi to Paje) is €45
A taxi between Stone Town and the Airport is €10
A taxi between Stone Town / Airport and any beach location (e.g. Airport to Nungwi, or Paje to Stone Town) is €30

Taxi Booking Information
Our taxis seat up to four people plus luggage (we also have 6, 12 and 20-seat cars available - please get in touch for a quote)
If you are being picked up from a hotel or hostel, your driver will meet you at the reception or in front of the building. If you are being picked up from the airport or ferry terminal, your driver will meet you outside the arrivals hall with a sign.
If you are booking a beach-to-beach taxi that is less than one hour (e.g. Nungwi to Matemwe), then we can do a reduced price - please message us for a quote
You will pay your driver in cash on the day of your trip. Payment to the driver in USD or TZS is also possible. If your journey starts before 8 am or after 8 pm, you need to pay an additional €5 per trip
If you would like to add a tour (such as Jozani Forest National Park) to your taxi trip, then message us for more information.
Bookings must be made at least 2 hours before departure (ideally 24 hours before). If you need one on short notice, please message us first to confirm.
